I posted in the other threads ... so I felt the need to post in here, too.  So...

The Oracles!  Build faction with them until Revered so you can buy the mysterious egg.  You just throw it in your bank for 7 days so it can hatch.  When you open it up it might be food, a vanity pet, or even a wicked cool Green Proto-Drake mount!  You can buy 1 every 7 days, too.  So you have multiple chances.

The Oracles are in Sholazar Basin, which is a fun area .. but I wouldn't do it until I had a flying mount.
