I was looking all this up anyway, so I thought I'd post it, even though we don't have many hunters/shamans.  I've left out the shaman-specific weapons and caster gear.
The Kalu'ak breastplate is really the only piece you can reasonably expect to get while still levelling, at lvl 76.  Everything else is pretty much end-game or close to it.

The Frenzyheart Tribe and the Wyrmrest Accord don't have crap for DPS Mail, (and no decent hunter weapons, either).  The trinket from exalted Frenzyheart is pretty good, but probably not worth the rep grind, especially since the Oracles (their enemy) has one that is about equally good.
