Most of my dust sold before going to bed. Hope you guys had similar luck. When I left, some of your greaters were still up, but they were still low-priced. I imagine they will sell before morning.

**UPdate** they all sold, I put 5 on this morning before work, they have sold. I just put 5 more back up, they are at 33.50 right now. We are still the lowest price.
If you are going to BUY ore... buy it for around 2g a piece. (40 a stack) or less. You will make profit either way, but yu will make more profit that way and its selling that low plenty eough.
I have a stack of Greater left, which I hope sells like hot cakes today like it did yesterday. I still have some stupid number like 300+ Dust. Thats slowly selling, but we are under cut at the time.
I am buying ores when they are on for 40g or less a stack. Bars right now are running at like 60g. So those are out. There is still a fair amount of bars in the 40-50 range, I'm just getting picky. Too close to getting the air mount.
It's Wednesday and the prices are sticking pretty close to 4-4.5g for a dust. We can probably drop down to 4.5 and still sell some ... and we'll still make profit.
Or we can wait until next week. Patch dropping brought a lot of people back into the game.

Finally, all the people that hopped on after patch and posted stupid prices on dust have hit their 48 hour mark and their dusts are gone. Hopefully they will be gone until tomorrow evening, so I can make some money on dust tonight. Keeping at the current price of 5g12s(and some change i forget).

I was just listing the dust I had left, which was a lot. And it all sold.
I have a few other ways to make money with enchant scrolls and ebonweave/spellweave (moonweave doesn't have a great markup).
We are definitely closing in on the point where we'd want a JC. Tempted to bring MonkFu over and change out his profs to be Mining/JC. There's a necklace they can make that most tanks will want that costs about 1200g in mats, and sells for 1800g. Decent markup, if you ask me.
I shouldnt need to buy to many ores, just run around and pick them up myself. wait is that cost effiecent?
Rarely is it cost efficient. Dailies give 10-20g each. I keep buying stuff for my tank set and i can't seem to drop below 10k as long as i do my dailies (maybe 15-20 per day, on average) and quest a bit (usually do 5-15 quests in icecrown a day right now).
I'll help out too. I'm sitting on 12.5k, and just like monk said, it's difficult to outspend my income at this point. That may change as I finish up some rep grinds (goodbye sons), but I doubt it will happen anytime soon. I dropped about 1400g on mats for my mace last thursday, and I've already made it back.
