Best place I have found is the caster mobs in the very north of Icecrown in the middle of the map. They are level 79-80 but have low-ish HP and drop like flies. The respawn rate is crazy (they respawn on top of your dead bodies almost before you can loot), they drop 1-4 cloth, about 20 silver each, high level greens, and they also drop the resist cloak enchant patterns (frost and nature).

The patterns only drop for enchanters, but don't learn the patterns straight away when you find them, as they are BoE, but they don't drop again if you know the pattern. They seem to be selling pretty well on the AH.
