And, depending on what pvp you're doing, there are also ilvl 251 shoulders available in wg for wg marks, if you're saving arena points for something else. There are also wg trinkets that give the same snare removal as the traditional pvp trinket, but instead of resilience, they give ap or hit or crit, etc.

It looks like there's a whole slew of WG gear that could be added to the list. I'll have to check the vendor out in-game so I'm not relying on possibly outdated data from Allakhazam.
Here are the three "worth it" lists of PVP gear, with items ranked by cost per AEP/Pawn values.
Wintergrasp Rewards ---------------------------- 1 - Waist, 15 marks 2 - Legs, 40 marks 3 - Back, 25 marks 4 - Neck, 25 marks 5 - Shoulder, 40 marks Note: Despite its value ratio, shoulder should be purchased first because it's one of the best shoulders in the PVP game
