I was looking all this up anyway, so I thought I'd post it, even though we don't have many hunters/shamans. I've left out the shaman-specific weapons and caster gear. The Kalu'ak breastplate is really the only piece you can reasonably expect to get while still levelling, at lvl 76. Everything else...
