Mainly for Monk and Jack:  Let me know what glyphs you want as you level up.

As for the dual-box hunters, I'm not really sure what glyphs might be helpful.  major glyphs depend on what shots you find yourself using most often, I'd consider the Arcane Shot, Multi-Shot or Hunter's Mark, at your level.
For minors, probably the glyph of Mend Pet is the best.  It increases pet happiness every time you cast mend pet, which can be nice if you run out of food.  (it can actually replace food entirely, if you cast it enough)

On a sad note, elitist jerks seems to be banned at work now.

Will do. I should probably check that now. Sadly, talentchic is blocked. I'll have to rely on the blogs.

I don't know why there are so many minor glyph slots. I will probably only ever benefit from one of them as a druid.

Thorns seems convenient.
And I  like any minor that means I don't need to waste a bag slot on reagents, so I'd take Rebirth.

Then either challenging roar or dash, depending on which you use more often.

I have the Rebirth one, even though I don't use it that often. Like you said, bag slot. As for Thorns, I'll probably roll with that one just because. And I'd go with Dash over Challenging Roar unless I dual spec tank, which I might since he's getting a new 'do.
