He's LW/Skinning now (rather than Herb/Skinning). Currently, his skill is at 415. Yeah, spent two days on that, and about 300-900 gold, depending on how well enc mats and other stuff sell.
Umm.. so if you need any LW stuffs, I can make them. (this includes the rare quality leg armors, inscription bags and LW bags. I'll be making the bags for power leveling anyway, so just let me know.
