Don't make the same mistake I did. Know before you roll. This list might be old. Check first. You can check all of the powers on any toon, no matter the chosen framework. You just click the box that shows all unavailable powers, and then you can check out all of the different framework categories at the top of the full listing powers window. But if you have an idea for a toon, you might want to check out the build before you play it, so you can see if any of the powers you want scales with a stat that might not be one of the recommended stats.
